If considering that you are at the starting point; every person has a paternal and maternal line leading away from them, as each generation passes another paternal and maternal line is added.

Family history research usually concentrates on following a single family line, you can state at the outset which family line, or lines, you want to investigate first. Bearing in mind that at your grandparents level there are four lines going away from you, you can see how your Family Tree can grow into something amazing.

The following packages are based on researching a specified number of lines from the outset and delivering the information to you in a document worth treasuring.

Bronze Package

£75

Starter package, detailing your immediate family

A great starting point; especially ideal for people who may know very little about their immediate family. This Tree will show you, your parents and grandparents, and their siblings. The offer will include, as a minimum, copies of the 1911 Census, 1901 Census if your grandparents were born before then, potentially a copy of the 1939 Register (although some entries may be closed), any original certificates purchased and any other documents found during the course of the research.

The documents will be presented as a detailed and attractive Research Report and can make a very nice gift (approx 8 pages).

Silver Package

£150

Detailed research on ONE full line of your family

Following either the paternal or maternal family line as instructed by you, this package will research one entire family line back to circa 1840-1850 following the paternal line (or maternal as discussed at the outset).

Documents as supplied in the Bronze package but relevant to the family and timeframe covered, plus the information contained in the documents will be collated and presented as an interesting and comprehensive Research Report (approx 12 pages).

Gold Package

Detailed research on TWO full lines of your family

Following any paternal or maternal family lines as instructed by you, this package will research two entire family lines back to circa 1840-1850 following the paternal line (or maternal as discussed at the outset).

Documents as supplied in our Bronze & Silver packages but relevant to the timeframe covered, plus the information contained in the documents will be collated and presented as an interesting and comprehensive Research Report and which will outline all avenues researched, (approx 20 pages).

Platinum Package

£650

Full family history dating back to circa 1840-1850

Consisting of all FOUR lines of your family, this tree will lead away from your grandparents following the paternal (or maternal if requested) lines. For this package, effort will be made to locate as many historical documents as possible relating to your family tree. As well as the standard documents available via the other Packages, this could include military records, criminal records, workhouse records, poor law applications, newspapers, land registry etc.

The research will be presented as a comprehensive Research Report which could be a treasured family possession for many generations, (approx 30-40 pages)
